Add an age check to your website

You can ask every visitor to confirm their age before they see your store.

1. Open Store Info & Surcharge and find the Age Check card.
2. Tick Ask visitors to confirm their age.
3. Choose the Minimum age: 18 or 21.
4. Optionally set the Exit page where visitors who answer No are sent.
5. Click Save Settings.

A first visit shows a question asking if the visitor is old enough, with Yes and No. A Yes is remembered on that device for a year, so returning customers are not asked again. Untick the box to switch it off.
