Make a return label

You can make a prepaid return label from any order, for a customer or an FFL dealer sending something back to you or to a distributor.

1. Open the order and scroll to the bottom. Click Create Return Label.
2. Return FROM: choose Customer or FFL. Their address fills in from the order.
3. Return TO: your own shop is the default. The major distributors (Sports South, Zanders, Bill Hicks, Iron Valley, Kinsey's, RSR, CSSI, Lipsey's and Camfour) are also in the list, or choose Enter Custom Return Address for anywhere else.
4. Add the box weight and size, an RMA # if the distributor gave you one, and tick Require Signature if you want it.
5. Click Get Rates, pick a rate, then click Buy Return Label.
6. Choose who gets the label by email (the customer, the FFL dealer, or both). The label is also saved on the order.

Note: Firearms going back to a distributor normally need that distributor's RMA number on the label. Ask your rep for one before you buy it.
