All releases: What's new in Trinity. The same notes are on the What's New page in your admin.

Released December 19, 2025.

Improved

  • GunBroker API Optimization, Reduced redundant API calls, Added gb_ffl_synced column to orders table, Skip FFL sync calls for orders already synced to GunBroker, Prevents 403 "already received FFL information" log noise

Fixed

  • Crow Wholesale API, Fixed SOAP wrapper elements and added missing parameter, Corrected wrapper element names per WSDL (GetOrderStatus: 'o', GetCartTotals: 'c', etc.), Added required COBOLOrderID parameter to GetOrderStatus calls, All 9 pending orders now tracking successfully (0 errors)
  • Order Status Emails, Auto send on status change, Status change emails now send automatically when status has a template configured, Removed requirement for manual checkbox selection, Fixed Postmark API key constant name mismatch (POSTMARK_API_TOKEN vs POSTMARK_API_KEY)
  • FFL Validation, Fixed property name mismatch in GunBroker sync, Changed is_valid to valid and validation_notes to message to match FFLValidator output, Valid FFLs no longer incorrectly marked as invalid
  • MySQL Timeout, Increased wait_timeout from 60s to 300s, Prevents "MySQL server has gone away" errors during long running cron jobs, Updated my.ini with wait_timeout=300 and interactive_timeout=300
  • Cron Log Schema, Added missing columns, Added started_at and completed_at columns to cron_log table, Fixed compatibility with tracking sync scripts
