Released November 1, 2026. Prices and stock you can trust, eBay listings that end when sold out and come back, an FFL dealer search by distance, Price Rounding, and more payment gateways.
Added
- Price Rounding. The Pricing page lets you choose whole dollars (the default), .99, or exact cents, so you can match a competitor to the penny. GunBroker price checks follow your choice.
- FFL dealer search by distance. At checkout, shoppers choose Within 5 to 50 miles of their ZIP (25 to start), and dealers are listed nearest first with the distance on each.
- Dealers that do not accept transfers. On FFL Dealers, tick Does not accept transfers on a dealer's record. Shoppers still see the dealer at the end of the list, marked as not accepting transfers, and cannot choose it, and automatic ordering holds a marketplace order sent to that dealer for a person. A dealer's internal notes show on the order page above the fulfillment buttons, and Drop Ship asks before sending when the dealer has notes.
- eBay: sold out listings end and come back. In eBay Settings, step 5, When an item sells out now ends the listing by default and lists it again at the next sync once the item is back in stock; keeping it listed is still a choice. The same step sets Most units shown on eBay for the store, per rule and per item, with a price cap (items over a set price show at most a set number).
- eBay: more of your catalog. An Open catalog switch (with a one time acknowledgment that you choose only items eBay allows) and opt in groups for magazines of 10 rounds or fewer, weapon lights, lasers, and trail and security cameras. A list of brands can go on eBay from any stock at MAP while the rest of the store stays on your own stock. Import every eBay sale brings in sales of listings you made yourself in Seller Hub, matched by UPC; Drop ship eBay orders is its own switch; an order you ship in Seller Hub is marked shipped here with eBay's tracking; and a Sync eBay button sits in the menu like Sync GunBroker.
- GunBroker return policy. Settings, GunBroker, Return policy sets the return period for each kind of item (new firearms, used firearms, optics, ammunition and reloading, magazines, gun parts, everything else), and any distributor can override it, for example where a distributor charges a restocking fee. New listings take it and live listings pick it up when they relist. Nothing changes until you save it.
- Payment gateway choice and NMI. Settings, Payment shows which gateway your checkout uses, and NMI (TransNational included) is now a full gateway with its own Test Connection. A switch to another gateway is refused until that gateway's keys are saved.
- Register. Change the price on a cart line (a price under cost needs a confirm), each sale has its own cart, and a register sale is recorded with the new POS Sale status and handed over at the counter.
- Product list. The product list has a Weight column.
- MAP Product Buttons. A Store Settings switch shows Add To Cart instead of Make an Offer on Email for Price items. Off unless you turn it on.
- Bypass serial entry. On Add Local Inventory, list a firearm that is on order or on its way before it arrives: tick the box, type the quantity, and the row is marked Serial pending until you record the serial.
- Order page. A Street View link under the shipping address shows the delivery address in Google Street View, a quick fraud check. Record payment by check, cash or another tender on an order with no card charge now sets the order's payment method.
- Go Live and your subscription. Until your subscription is active, the Go Live page shows Activate your subscription with your monthly price, and paying takes a ready store live. A bank payment that is still clearing is shown as clearing, and the setup wizard's Launch step is now the Go Live page.
- Settings support can turn on. Your Deals page can lead with your own in stock items, your chosen calibers can lead the ammunition filter, flat shipping can be capped per order, refunds can be limited to named logins, and the admin View Site button can take your colour.
Improved
- Distributor prices are trusted. A distributor's cost is never held back for being low, so the low cost checks added in 4.1.0 are gone. The guard is freshness: a distributor whose feed stops for 6 hours (was 12) reads out of stock everywhere until it updates. A feed that would take 80% or more of a distributor's in stock items to zero at once is refused, and items RSR and Sports South stop listing go to zero. A source you blocked for a product still never sets its cost.
- MAP. On brands that enforce MAP, MAP rises to the highest MAP an independent distributor sends (never more than three times your cost) and is never lowered; where no distributor sends one, the manufacturer's own website fills it, and a manufacturer's MAP sheet is final. A MAP you set yourself is never touched. The MAP notice can be switched off per brand under Manufacturers, MAP Pricing, for brands that object to it.
- One order picker. Automatic ordering and the order page use one picker: the most profitable path wins, and drop ship is chosen when it is within $2 of shipping to your store. Ammunition to New York and Hicks Inc firearms to New York ship to your store, and Sports South drop ships suppressors (SBR, SBS and AOW still ship to your store). A distributor's refusal goes to a person, an FFL refusal never moves the order to another distributor, and the order page says plainly when automatic ordering will not place a line.
- eBay. Your store keeps a listing up at quantity 0 while a distributor's feed is down, ends a listing in the same sync it sells out, stops at once when you switch eBay off, never republishes a listing someone ended, shows eBay's full error on Needs Attention, and stops at eBay's monthly selling limit without marking every item as an error.
- GunBroker. Your store never creates a listing for an item your store shows out of stock, releases orders paid after they came in with the approved payment, and counts GunBroker's cash discount card fee in the item's sale price. GunBroker, eBay and website orders now share one order number sequence.
- Checkout. A gift card that covers the whole order skips the card and hides the card fields, gift cards come off before any charge, and a double click or a paid order that failed to save never charges twice. Credova checks each field against Credova's rules first and tells the shopper which one to change, and is not offered for territory or military addresses. Pay in person shows only where your store offers it, and checkout no longer stores full card numbers.
- Phone order form. On stores using Authorize.Net, every form carries the store's own look, the card security code is back, a $0 card check confirms the card before it is saved, and the form opens only over a secure connection.
- Refunds. A full void or refund sets the order and payment status to voided or refunded and marks the lines refunded, a full refund takes promo, rewards, trade in and gift card discounts out of the amount, and a voided charge is no longer counted as money received.
- Storefront. Product page tabs on phones are one row you swipe sideways, a Call for Price button calls instead of adding to the cart, policy and terms pages show the day they last changed, a price quote link for an item that has since sold out says so, and the default store wording no longer makes claims you have not made, such as shipping times or "lowest prices". Your own NFA items stay in stock when your store sells NFA, and customers get an email when their account password changes.
- Free shipping. A brand rule set to firearms covers that brand's firearms only, never its accessories, and free shipping on your products is only ever your own choice.
- Trinity Bound Book. Completing an order logs its guns out and says so, a firearm sold at the register is logged out to the buyer, and receiving an NFA type ticks NFA. Support can count FastBound guns with no location as on your shelf, or bring a whole FastBound book in held (not for sale).
- Admin. The browser tab shows your store's own icon, Print Settings has a QZ Tray download link, the customer order history works on phones and tablets, your own stock is labelled with your store's name instead of "Main Warehouse", pricing profile cards say which section uses them, a distributor adjustment on Pricing shows its fixed amount and whether it reaches GunBroker, packing slips with more than one gun print serials as text, and Sports South order errors are in plain words when their server is down.
Fixed
- Firearm FFL flags. A catalog update can no longer mark a firearm as not needing an FFL, and a saved FFL dealer whose license has expired is no longer filled in at checkout.
- Admin fixes. Received stock is filed under your store's own name, Remove in the image editor works on every store, the distributor stock pop up on the product page draws above the page, a near white logo is skipped in emails so the header is never blank, and FedEx tracking codes no longer fail the delivery scan.
