Added

  • Label Based Fulfillment System, Create Label now auto creates fulfillment records, Source info (distributor, cost, SKU) collected from selected radio buttons at label purchase, Creates from_store fulfillment record with tracking number and carrier from label, Distributor field tracks cost source (RSR, Zanders, the store's own stock, etc.), Ship from is always the store itself, since the store is physically shipping, Works for all source types: local inventory, STS pass throughs, distributor sourced items
  • Source Warning Modal, Amber warning when creating a label with no source selected, Custom styled modal matching existing admin UI patterns, "Go Back" to select a source first, "Continue Anyway" for secondary shipments, Prevents accidentally skipping fulfillment recording
  • Combined Shipment Cards, Fulfillment and label records merged into one card, Matched by tracking number , no more duplicate cards on the order page, Purple left border with "SHIPPED FROM STORE" badge, Shows items, costs, margin, tracking, Print Label button, and rate paid, Email sent status from label auto send displayed in card footer

Improved

  • Product Stock Decrement on Label Buy, Stock counts update immediately when shipping, local_qty and quantity_available decremented when fulfillment record created, Product marked out of stock if quantities reach zero, Fixes STS pass through items staying "in stock" after shipping
