June release: launched B2B wholesale dealer accounts, brought product imagery fully in house onto the NAS, added self healing for live marketplace listing images, hardened fulfillment against cost and mismatch errors, expanded the finance reporting, and simplified the storefront's traffic filtering policy.

Added

B2B Wholesale Dealer Portal , FFLs can self register for a free wholesale account (FFL plus state resale certificate upload), get admin approved, and then see tiered wholesale pricing automatically across the whole site while signed in. New /live/dealer/ portal with its own login link and dashboard. Approved dealers are tax exempt and ship firearms to their own FFL. Accounts are free; the admin approval queue and dealer checkout are in progress.
On Hand Inventory drill down , the Finance Reports "On Hand Inventory" figure now links to an item by item breakdown (admin/inventory-on-hand.php) of every owned firearm and accessory at cost. FastBound ship to store pass through items (location "Order") are excluded from both the figure and the list because they are not owned inventory.
Operating Profit in the Daily Trend , the Finance Reports daily table now shows operating profit per day alongside gross profit, reconciled to the headline operating profit.
AI Order Processor panel , self service admin/ai-order-processor.php (Orders nav) to dry run or run the automated order fulfillment engine and toggle overnight automation.
Local image hosting on the NAS , product images are downloaded, resized, and hosted on the NAS instead of hot linking distributor CDNs, eliminating blank images when a distributor drops a file. Includes a daily localizer and an in stock backfill.
Self healing marketplace images , a scheduled job detects broken images on live GunBroker listings and repairs them in place (no relist) by recovering a valid image for the same product from the distributor feeds.

Changed

Storefront traffic policy simplified , stopped blocking visitors by country or geography. Fraud is handled by NoFraud (which insures approved orders) plus card testing velocity limits, and obvious scrapers and scanners are still blocked by User Agent. Customers on datacenter or VPN connections are no longer blocked.
MAP pricing architecture , per brand MAP rules formalized (absolute MAP, email for price, and others) with Sig Sauer as the strict MAP template; stale price overrides cleaned up and price change audit logging added.
Holosun routing , all Holosun items always ship to store (no distributor will dropship them), enforced at every fulfillment chokepoint.
Customer email throttling , distributor to store status emails now send exactly once per order instead of repeating.

Fixed

Product price cost leak , fixed several surfaces (Google feed, brand and city tiles, search suggestions) that could display our cost instead of the selling price.
FFL required flag consensus , firearms ingested with a missing FFL flag are corrected by cross distributor consensus.
Fulfillment safeguards , a cost anomaly hold catches UPC collision mis picks (for example a low cost accessory sharing a firearm's UPC) before they ship, and a phantom SKU registry routes around distributors that report items they cannot actually fulfill.
Log spam and marketplace sync , quieted high volume tracking log spam and added idempotency to GunBroker order status and flag updates so finalized orders are not retried.

Security

Platform hardening pass , added authentication guards across admin endpoints, fixed an order lookup access control issue, neutralized leftover setup and installer scripts, hardened file uploads, and added server side revalidation at checkout, login brute force lockout, and session fixation protection.
