Added

• One click direct printing (QZ Tray) , order pages now have a "⚡ Both" button that sends the shipping label straight to the 4x6 thermal printer and the packing slip straight to the laser printer simultaneously , no print dialogs, no printer switching. Includes a per workstation Print Settings page (mapped printers are remembered per PC), a one time trust setup file per workstation, and a direct print button on the label page for reprints.

Fixed

• FastBound disposition timestamps (final) , dispositions were being rejected as "date in the future" or logged up to an hour off. Root cause: FastBound's API interprets dates as account timezone wall clock values, not standard timestamps. Dispositions are now stamped with plain Eastern wall clock time minus a 2-minute safety cushion , accurate year round, DST proof, never rejected, never blank.
• Distributor rep FFL emails , FFL emails to the Kroll rep are now copied to the store's own support mailbox, and a missing FFL was re delivered on request.
