Released July 16, 2026. Security release. After a coordinated stolen card fraud ring hit our GunBroker channel , seven orders, mostly premium optics, all on brand new GunBroker accounts , we built real time fraud screening for GunBroker orders, a channel that previously had none. The key that made it possible: GunBroker runs its card payments through our own Authorize.Net gateway, so we can pull the real card, AVS, and CVV data and screen it through NoFraud exactly like a website order. Also in this release: a new Receiving desk for logging guns into the book, a per user Work Report, one off manual shipment recording, corrected Umarex MAP enforcement across 28 products, and a fix for a combined order discount bug that was quietly under charging customers.

Added

  • Real time fraud screening on GunBroker orders , every high risk GunBroker order (non firearm, from a buyer with under 10 feedback on an account less than 30 days old) is now screened through NoFraud the moment it imports, using the real card/AVS/CVV pulled back from Authorize.Net. Clean passes are cleared to ship and carry chargeback protection; anything NoFraud flags for review or declines is held for a person. A heuristic backstop still holds new/no feedback accounts with a billing street AVS mismatch even if the screen can't run. Firearm orders are exempt , dealer pickup and the background check verify identity in person. Each order is screened exactly once, when it first arrives.
  • Receiving desk , a new admin page for logging received firearms into the FastBound bound book, one acquisition per box: pick the distributor, scan each UPC, then scan all of that gun's serials straight into a single box (scanner friendly, no mouse), and commit. It sets a default Guns.com list price (cost + 18% + $10, editable per line before commit) that flows into FastBound for the Guns.com integration, and any unit earmarked for a waiting order is booked at location "Order" so it stays off the website until it actually ships.
  • Work Report , a per user daily activity dashboard: guns logged in and out, shipping labels bought, orders processed / completed / combined, payments and refunds, catalog and stock changes, plus a support mailbox summary (emails received, sent, and handled). Printable per day.
  • Record Manual Shipment , order pages can now record a shipment that happened outside the system (a distributor shipped by phone, or its API rejected the order) with a tracking number and carrier , submitting nothing to any distributor , and the customer still gets their tracking email like any other shipment.
  • 1x2 inventory box tags , acquiring a firearm, from either Quick Ship or the new Receiving desk, now auto prints a 1x2 box tag, with a "Print tag" button for reprints. The format matches the old FastBound labels (location code, acquire date, and serial barcode) so shelf tags stay consistent.

Changed

  • Umarex MAP enforcement corrected , Umarex products were advertising below the manufacturer's minimum because their brand strings ("Umarex", "UMA", "UMAREX USA") didn't match the MAP enforcing manufacturer record, silently disabling enforcement. 28 below MAP products (airguns, airsoft, paintball markers, defense devices) are now compliant , displayed at MAP with the real price behind an "Email for Price" gate , and the six flagged in a Brand Protection notice were corrected on both the site and GunBroker.
  • FastBound sync stops overwriting hand entered data , the warehouse sync was reverting manually entered acquisition costs back to $0 and un parking order bound and bundled items into sellable stock every cycle. It now preserves a non zero local cost and keeps "Order"-parked items parked.
  • Trademark compliance , the Century/Canik "Honeybadger" products were renamed to "Suga Bear" (title, description, and URL slug with a 301 redirect) at the trademark holder's request, leaving the legitimate Q Honey Badger line untouched.
  • Automated order processor , same distributor combine + 30-day guard , when one customer has more than one open order and the items source from the same distributor, the processor now merges them into a single combined shipment (falling back to shipping individually when it can't), and it no longer auto processes orders older than 30 days , those are set aside for a person to review.
  • FatBoy Tripods MAP , turned on MAP enforcement for the FatBoy line (13 products) with an "Email for Price" gate and GunBroker offers enabled, and repriced its GunBroker listings up to MAP.
  • Quick Ship page cleanup , restyled to match the rest of the admin (compact, no emoji) and tightened the workflow: the shipping step stays hidden until at least one gun is acquired, the activity log is collapsed by default, and Create & Commit is disabled until a serial is entered and again once the acquisition is booked.

Fixed

  • Quick Ship errors after acquisition , committing a FastBound acquisition was throwing errors even when it had actually succeeded: FastBound's empty success response (HTTP 204) was misread as a failure, disposition retries reported false "serial not found" errors, and a rendering bug crashed the page. Acquisitions now commit and verify reliably, and a retry safely adopts an already booked serial instead of erroring or duplicating it.
  • Two printer "Buy & Print Both" , the one click button was misfiring (printing all three documents onto the 4x6 label stock, or re opening the shipping modal). It now correctly sends the packing slip to the laser printer and the shipping label to the 4x6, slip first.
  • Ammunition dropship routing , a fulfillment rule was forcing Chattanooga (CSSI) ammunition to ship to store, which sent a 10-box, 23-lb ammo order to the store instead of dropshipping it. That rule was removed (CSSI does dropship ammo) and the Orion ammunition rule was corrected.
  • Combined orders were under charged , combining orders dropped their promo, gift card, and rewards discounts from the merged total, so a combined order could read as paid while actually short (two were under billed by $196 and $147). Combining now carries every discount into the new total; both affected orders were corrected.
  • Tracking emails could reach a fraudster , a GunBroker order flagged as fraud still had its distributor tracking number auto emailed to the buyer overnight, working against the recall. Fraud, cancelled, and refunded orders are now excluded from tracking email sends.
  • $0-cost inventory , several in stock firearms (including returned units re acquired at refund) carried $0 cost, skewing inventory valuation; corrected, with the sync change above preventing recurrence.
  • Expedited shipping terms clarified , the Terms and Shipping pages now define "Expedited Shipping" as a 1-2 business day processing (ship) window, matching the checkout, with faster carrier options (overnight / 2nd day air) described separately.
