Released July 31, 2026. Reliability release. Duplicate distributor orders, a GunBroker sync that had slowed to a crawl, and inventory counts that did not match the shelf were all traced to root causes and fixed.

Added

  • Duplicate order protection on Crow submissions , Crow's order API can legitimately take up to 40 seconds, and our old 60-second timeout was hanging up while their server kept working, so an order was created but the confirmation lost and a blind retry duplicated it. Submissions now wait the full time, a record is written before every submission, and any outcome we cannot definitively read leaves the order blocked from resubmission until someone confirms with Crow. Verified live: the guard refused a duplicate twice.
  • GunBroker sync watchdog , a genuinely hung sync is now detected and restarted automatically, with an email saying it happened.
  • Receiving location review , before a batch of received serials commits, each one gets its own location selector, so units earmarked for a waiting order can be marked separately from stock going on the shelf.

Fixed

  • GunBroker sync was taking 50 to 80 minutes per cycle , one discovery query was running 30 to 43 minutes on its own. Rewritten with the same results in under a second; full cycles now finish in about 7 minutes.
  • Product feeds could go unavailable during regeneration , feeds are the main sales channel, so they now write to a temporary file and swap in atomically, guaranteeing the last good file always serves. A scheduler limit that was killing regenerations at 99 percent was also raised.
  • Local stock never decremented on store shipments , shipments sent from our own shelf were not reducing the local count, so 51 units had shipped against a frozen number and one kit showed 34 in stock with one on the shelf. Every store shipment now decrements, logs, and recomputes what is offered online.
  • Seven bound book guns had no website link , including a .50 BMG rifle and five rifles orphaned since 2021. All linked and selling.
  • MAP sweeps , an emergency MDT sweep corrected 24 live listings priced below MAP and re asserted 392 at MAP. The underlying cause, manufacturer name variants that made products invisible to enforcement, was fixed in the sync itself.
  • Customer statistics double counted combined orders , a customer with combined orders showed several times their real open order count and an inflated lifetime spend; every order is now counted once.

Changed

  • Order combining raised to 12 orders and the Quick Ship and Receiving caliber lists were cleaned from 82 junk variants down to about 30, loading instantly.
