• AI Order Picker Learning System, AI now learns from human override patterns, Enhanced fulfillment logging captures override_type, manufacturer, profit_delta, all source options, New ai_override_patterns table aggregates repeated override patterns, Pattern detection cron (cron/ai_learning_analyze.php) identifies distributor/type/manufacturer patterns, 2+ overrides = detected, 5+ = suggested for review, auto applies consistent patterns, Dashboard shows suggested rules with one click Apply/Dismiss buttons, AJAX endpoint for applying learned rules to ai_fulfillment_rules or manufacturer overrides
• Hazmat Shipping Rate, Flat $38 shipping for hazmat items (gunpowder, primers, percussion caps), Overrides standard firearm ($18) and accessory ($9.85) rates when hazmat detected, Checkout logic updated to use highest applicable rate for mixed orders, is_hazmat database flag properly checked alongside keyword detection
• Pending MAP Prices Table, Stores MAP prices for products not yet in catalog, When manufacturer provides MAP for UPCs we don't carry yet, saved for auto apply later
• OSIGHT Manufacturer, Created manufacturer entry with MAP enforcement (email_for_price, GB offers allowed)

• AI Fulfillment Logging, Removed stale reliability adjustments that were leaving $10+ on the table, Pure profit based calculation: revenue, cost, shipping, no artificial distributor bonuses, Logging now matches main picker algorithm (both cleaned up 2026-03-08)
• MAP Import Process, Now includes GunBroker listing price updates as part of the workflow, Uses FixedPrice API field (not BuyPrice which was silently ignored), All GB listings below MAP are automatically bumped to MAP price, If API update fails, listing is ended so cron relists at correct price
• Manufacturer Dropship Overrides, Primary Arms blocked from RSR dropship (STS only)

Fixed

• GunBroker Price Updates, Fixed using wrong API field (BuyPrice vs FixedPrice), All listings are fixed price, BuyPrice was silently ignored by GunBroker API, Documented in CLAUDE.md and GUNBROKER.md to prevent future mistakes
• Product Data Fixes, SKU K614065 (CCI Percussion Caps): Title corrected from 1000/Box to 100/Box, description cleaned up, IWI Zion-15 SBR: Title, description, FFL flag, image, and GB category all fixed, Rugged Suppressors MAP enforcement turned off per manufacturer request, 9 GunBroker listings fixed (4 Rugged + 5 OSIGHT) that were below MAP
