What's new in 4.0.1 (October 4, 2026): Steadier GunBroker syncing, email you can count on, and tracking numbers that show up on their own.

Updated October 22, 2026 in What's new

Released October 4, 2026. Steadier GunBroker syncing, email you can count on, and tracking numbers that show up on their own.

Added

  • Users & Passwords. A page under System where you can change your own password and manage the logins for your staff.
  • Common questions in the Help Center. Answers to the things store owners ask most: passwords, resets, price requests, tracking and more.
  • Email status on Price Requests. Each request shows whether the price email went out, and a Send price email button lets you answer one right from the list. The page also works well on a phone now.
  • A warning on incomplete new listings. When you build a new product, the form now requires a category and tells you when something important, like an image, is still missing.
  • Your product edits are protected. Change a title, description, category or photo and that product locks on its own, so catalog updates never overwrite your work. Stock and prices keep updating. See Help, Products and Inventory.
  • Full control of the main photo. The main image now has a Remove button, and any upload can be made the main image. Your live GunBroker listing picks up the new photo within about 15 minutes.
  • Ranking on gun.deals at your selling price. Email for price items can now be listed on gun.deals at the price you actually sell for, with a per manufacturer switch so brands with strict pricing rules stay at MAP.

Improved

  • GunBroker listings stay current. Price and stock updates now go out every 15 minutes, and they no longer wait behind other jobs on the server. Requests to GunBroker are paced so the account never trips their rate limits.
  • Tracking numbers fill in automatically for every distributor. Bill Hicks, Orion, MGE and the rest now add tracking to your orders on their own, without anyone asking.
  • Distributor ordering is more reliable. RSR dropship and ship to store accounts are recognised correctly, Crow dropship orders check their setup before sending, and Lipsey's items that sell out are no longer recorded as ordered.
  • Saved distributor logins. Passwords you save on the Distributors page are read correctly everywhere they are used.
  • Brand pages load much faster.
  • Guns.com reminders. You get one email when a new sale needs confirming and, if it is still waiting, one reminder a day instead of several.

Fixed

  • Emails that never arrived. Some customer and price request emails were failing without any warning. They now send reliably, and any failure is recorded so it can't go unnoticed.
