What's new in 4.0.5 (October 8, 2026): Your edits and your settings stay yours, and every brand shows up under one name.
Released October 8, 2026. Your edits and your settings stay yours, and every brand shows up under one name.
Improved
- Your product edits are never overwritten. Anything your team changes on a product page, like a title, a description or a photo, now stays exactly as you saved it. The overnight catalog update leaves it alone, including on products that came over from the starter catalog. See Help, 3.2.
- One name per brand. Distributors send some brands under several spellings (Heckler & Koch arrived as HK, H&K and six others). These now combine into one brand, so a setting you make on that brand covers every product. When spellings combine, all your brand settings carry over, and if two spellings disagree the safer one is kept: MAP on, the higher markup, the stricter pricing rule, and any distributor or marketplace you switched off. Old brand page addresses send shoppers and Google to the combined brand page. See Help, 3.7.
- Customer phone on packing slips and invoices. The packing slip and invoice printed from an order now show the customer's phone under Bill To, so the receiving dealer knows who to call. The FFL dealer's own phone number is no longer printed. See Help, 2.7.
Fixed
- Saving a product no longer clears its prices. Saving the main product form, for example to edit a description or switch a product off, could clear the MAP, MSRP and cost. Pricing is now only changed in the pricing box. Prices cleared this way have been put back.
- Background jobs are locked down. Jobs that run in the background can no longer be started from a web browser on any store.
