Updated October 22, 2026 in What's new

Released October 14, 2026. One Pricing page, a Marketplaces menu, a phone and mail order form for every store, credit receipts customers can read, layaway on the order page, and a long list of checkout and ordering improvements.

Added

  • One Pricing page. Pricing Profiles and the old Settings, Pricing panel are now one page under System. Each profile has its own brand, category and distributor markups (percent, fixed or both) and a discount, in plain sections: Default, Firearms, In store firearms, Drop ship firearms, Accessories, In store accessories, Drop ship accessories and Ammo. One Save per card, See items shows the count, top brands and sample items with cost and price, and "See all my markup rules" shows every rule in one popup.
  • Phone and mail order form for every store. A secure form your customers fill in, with a copyable link to send them, and a Phone Orders page where staff import the order and bill the card.
  • Marketplaces. A Marketplaces group in the admin menu holds GunBroker, GB Repricing and what is coming next. Product edit shows every marketplace price in the black bar (website, GunBroker with a link and Guns.com, each with its margin), the GunBroker price even without a live listing, markup on cost under gross margin, and an explainer for margin versus markup with the product's own numbers. GunBroker Pricing Sources shows listings per distributor now against the 30 day average, with a red flag at 10% under normal.
  • Layaway on the order page. Firearm layaways have the customer's FFL dealer chosen at checkout, use regular order numbers, log the deposit and every payment on the order, and show a Layaway Plan card with term, charge percentage, deposit, paid, balance, due date and payments. Finance reports count a layaway as a sale.
  • Credit receipts and store branded emails. Refund emails are rebuilt as a real credit receipt: refund number, date, order and GunBroker numbers, where the money went, the lines and quantities refunded, a totals ladder, and a note that refunds take 1 to 3 business days to show in the bank. Readable in Outlook and on a phone, and the refund window's quantity picker is always visible. Counter offers, email for price code and link emails and payment failure help now use your store's email template, and status emails go out for every status change, including statuses carried over from a previous platform.
  • Customs forms for US territories and APO and FPO addresses are built from the order lines when you buy a label.

Improved

  • Credit card surcharge rules. Cards the system cannot identify are never surcharged, the 3% is taken on the charge without sales tax at checkout, on phone orders and on customer invoices, and the page and the server always agree. Support can cap the surcharge at a dollar amount for your store, Payment settings show the surcharge status beside the gateway, and the percent field accepts only numbers between 0 and 3.
  • Checkout protects the shopper. The card is only ever charged for the cart shown on the page; if the cart changed underneath, the shopper is told and nothing is charged. Credova's real reason is kept and a shopper is not told "declined" when Credova only rejected the request. The cookie banner never appears during a purchase and is compact on phones, blank fields are caught before Place Order, and on stores with in store pickup the FFL step asks whether the customer is picking up at the store.
  • Your edits are yours. A saved AI title or description locks the product so no sync rewrites it, a raw all caps distributor title never beats a clean title, every price, visibility, activation and channel switch you set is honoured by every job, and a new product reaches your store in a neutral state.
  • Marketplace listings. On GunBroker, non firearms and ammo can never land in a Collectible Firearms or Curios and Relics category, titles keep what the item is, and a type noun is added only for firearms. On Guns.com, the waiting sale notice is in Guns.com's own look, and the Sales page has a step flow with "Needs you" sections and the right carrier. In the price feeds, live rate stores can quote a per item standard shipping amount, the hazmat fee is carried in every mode, and MAP offer text carries the real amount.
  • Dashboard and finance. CC Fees and Operating Profit show on every store, a "No cost on file" pill sits next to Gross Profit, Finance reports list sales with no item cost, and completed orders show a plain check in the stock column.
  • Distributor ordering. An RSR account is limited only when it is marked accessory only and RSR's "Blocked from Dropship" flag no longer blocks firearm drop ships, an item sold out at a distributor stops selling at once, a DO NOT SHIP hold warns instead of blocking a push you choose to make, AmChar shipments marked shipped with no tracking are flagged, and MGE settings save one card without wiping the others.
  • Storefront. Search has filters that work, search scoped to a category, and calibers read correctly (.308 is never confused with a millimetre round). On phones there is a one row header (logo left; Login, Cart and menu right), bigger home tiles, a product description and spec card that uses the full screen width, and an order page header that stacks. A pulled or unknown product shows your store's own page with a search box and in stock alternatives, suppressors and NFA firearms rank ahead of parts on NFA category pages, every live store joins the Gun Made feed, each store serves its own IndexNow key, and a sold out gun keeps its 30 day Google grace.
  • FastBound and Receiving. Book items not matched to a product are listed on the settings page with Find and Create links, used listings are matched by reference UPC, consignment and trade in intake keeps the UPC as a reference with condition Used, returned guns can be logged back in at Receiving, and Receiving's Dealer and FFL search works again.
  • Admin polish. Store settings in two columns with a pinned save bar and Store Info and Surcharge under System, a store legal notice that can be shown in every footer on request, a cleaner Pages list, Help search that tolerates typos, hyphens and run together words, an FFL check during an outage that says "not checked yet" instead of "Expired", a setup checklist that falls back to a license number lookup when the ATF link is not the license on file, and CRKT's spellings combined into one brand.
