Verify your store email domain (two DNS records)

Two DNS records on your domain keep your store's emails out of spam folders. We send you the exact values for your domain; you add them where your domain is hosted. The steps below are for GoDaddy.

1. Sign in to GoDaddy and go to My Products, then your domain, then DNS.
2. Click Add New Record and add the first one:
   • Type: TXT
   • Name: the name we sent you, which ends in ._domainkey
   • Value: the long key we sent you (it is unique to your domain)
3. Click Add New Record again and add the second one:
   • Type: CNAME
   • Name: pm-bounces
   • Value: pm.mtasv.net
4. Leave TTL at the default and save each record.

Note: GoDaddy adds your domain to the end of the Name for you, so type only the part shown above.

Important: Do not change or delete any of your existing records, including your Microsoft email records. Only add these two.

If you would rather we add them, you can add us as a delegate on your GoDaddy account. Email us once they are in and we will finish the check on our side.
