What the Profit box on an order means

Updated October 19, 2026 in Orders and fulfillment

The Profit box on an order shows Pending until the shipping cost for that order is known. It fills in when one of these happens:

  • the items are ordered from a distributor as a drop ship,
  • the EasyPost label is paid for a ship to store order, or
  • the order is completed.

So a paid order that has not been sourced yet still says Pending. That is normal.

After that, an open order shows Est. Profit and a completed order shows Profit, in green for a gain and red for a loss. Click the box to see the breakdown: Product Margins, Shipping, GunBroker Fees and Gross Profit.
