• The Awaiting Hazmat Approval statusIf a hazmat item ever sells, set the order to Awaiting Hazmat Approval. The customer is emailed about the hazmat shipping fee and replies to approve it or cancel.
• Why the profit on an order says PendingThe profit box on an order shows Pending until the shipping is settled, because until then nobody knows what the shipping will really cost.
