What prints on a packing slip and invoice

Open the order and click Packing Slip. The same layout is used for the invoice.

• Bill To: the customer's name, address, email and phone number, so the dealer receiving a gun knows who to call when it arrives.
• Ship To: for a firearm, the FFL dealer's name, license number and address. The dealer's own phone number is not printed; they already know it.
• Items: each item with its SKU, UPC barcode, quantity and price, with firearms marked FFL.
• Totals, and your own FFL license at the bottom.

Note: If the phone line is missing, the customer did not give a phone number at checkout.
