An RSR firearm order is coming to your store instead of the FFL dealer

RSR only drop ships a firearm to a dealer that is in its own dealer list. When the customer's dealer is not in that list, RSR may ship the gun to your store instead.

When that happens, your store handles it for you:

• You get an email the moment RSR accepts the order, before anything ships, so you can call RSR if you want it sent somewhere else.
• The order is set to Distributor (Ship to Store), with your store as the ship to address and a note on the order.
• RSR's tracking number is for the box coming to you. It is never sent to the customer.

When the gun arrives, receive it and ship it on to the customer's dealer with Quick Ship, the same as any ship to store order.
