What Ready for Pickup sends

As soon as you set an order to Ready for Pickup, the customer gets an email that their order is at the store and ready to collect. It includes:

• your store address and store hours, and the items waiting for them;
• what to bring: for a firearm, a photo ID and any permit they need for the 4473 and background check; for accessories only, just their name or order number;
• a Payment due at pickup notice with the amount, if the order is not paid yet.

Store hours come from what we have on file for your store. Email us if they change.
