Change the shipping address on an order

If a customer gives you a new address, or made a mistake in theirs, correct it on the order before it ships.

1. Open the order from your Dashboard.
2. Find Shipping Address and click the small pencil beside the heading (Edit Shipping Address).
3. Correct the Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, ZIP or Phone.
4. Click Save Changes.

Note: For a firearm, the gun ships to the customer's FFL dealer, not to the customer. To change the dealer, attach the right FFL on the order instead. If the order has already been sent to a distributor, call the distributor as well: changing the address here does not change an order they have already received.
