What the Customer STS Notice status sends

An email to the customer, in your store's look, saying their order is being processed and is being brought into the store, that there is no need to call or check in, and that you will reach out the moment it arrives. It shows your pickup address, and their name, order number and items fill in from the order. Use it on ship to store orders.
