Phone orders for firearms

Updated October 19, 2026 in Orders and fulfillment

On your secure phone order form, each item has a box: Firearm or other FFL item (ships to an FFL dealer). Tick it for any gun or other item that must go to a dealer.

  • When the box is ticked, the form asks for the receiving dealer's name, phone and license number (or a copy of their license), and the dealer's shipping address.
  • When no item is ticked, none of that is asked and the order ships to the customer.

When you Import the order on Phone Orders, the dealer the customer named is shown with the order, the firearm lines are already marked as FFL items, and the FFL search is filled in with the dealer's license so you can pick them with one click.

Note: The form shows your own logo and store colors. If your form colors need changing, email us.
