The Returns screen under POS

Returns on the POS home screen is built for sales you rang up at the register. It searches Register sales first, so a website order number or email will not show there at first.

To find a website or GunBroker order on that screen, switch to Every order (or click Search every order). The simplest way, though, is to open the order from the Dashboard and use Process Refund.
