Take a phone order with the secure form

When a customer wants to order by phone or text, send them your secure order form. They enter their own card, so card numbers never pass through your email or your notes.

1. Open Phone Orders (left menu, under Orders).
2. In Link to send customers, click Copy link and paste it into a text or email to the customer. You can also click Open phone order form to fill it in with them on the phone.
3. When they submit it, the order shows under Waiting to import. Click Import to turn it into a real order. The card is saved but not charged yet.
4. When you are ready, click Bill card to charge it. The count at the top shows any orders that are imported but not billed yet.

Note: The form needs your card gateway connected. If Phone Orders does not appear in your menu, email us and we will turn the form on for your store.
