A profile's own markups and discount

Updated October 19, 2026 in Pricing and markups

Every profile other than Standard has its own card on the Pricing page with the same full set of options as Standard:

  • Markup tiers. Any cost range the profile leaves out uses Standard's tier.
  • Brand, category and distributor markups for this profile, each as a percent, a fixed dollar amount, or both. Pick the brand, category or distributor from the list. A rule here replaces Standard's rule for the same brand, category or distributor on the items this profile prices.
  • Discount for this profile, as a percent off, a dollar amount off, or both. This is a deduction: enter a positive number, so 5.00 takes $5.00 (or 5%) off. It comes off last and never takes a price below cost.
  • Min markup % and Min profit $ floors.

One Save button in the card saves all of it together: name, floors, tiers, markups and discount.
