Chattanooga will not drop ship an item (error 60203)

Chattanooga marks some items ship to store only. If you send one as a drop ship order, Chattanooga refuses it and the order shows a CSSI API error with code 60203. Nothing was ordered.

1. On the same item, with Chattanooga still chosen as the distributor, click Ship to Store.
2. Check the details and click Place Ship to Store Order.
3. When the gun arrives, log it into your bound book and transfer it to the customer's FFL like any other firearm. Get the customer's transfer FFL before you send it on.

Let the customer know with the Customer STS Notice status while it is on its way to you.

Note: Chattanooga also reviews a new dealer's FFL before its first orders, so early orders can take a little longer.
