Distributors

How Trinity orders from RSR, Chattanooga, Lipsey's and the rest, and why it sometimes chooses ship to store.

• Blocking a distributor for a brandSome manufacturers do not let certain distributors drop ship their products, and some brands you cannot buy from a given distributor at all. Manufacturer settings handle both.
• Chattanooga (CSSI): orders under $50 and hazmat ship to storeChattanooga adds a minimum order fee to small drop ships and will not drop ship hazmat at all, so Trinity sends those lines ship to store.
• When Lipsey's tracking shows upLipsey's releases each day's shipments late that night. Trinity checks the last three days on every run, so late postings and combined shipments still get their tracking.
• Why some RSR items go ship to storeRSR refuses to drop ship certain items for each dealer account. Trinity reads your account's list every day and orders those items ship to store for you.
