Set up automatic ordering

Automatic ordering is not part of every store. We switch it on store by store, so email support@2adata.com if you would like it.

Until then you send each order yourself from the order page with Process Selected Items.

Once it is switched on for you

1. Open Settings, Company tab. In AI Order Processing tick Enable AI order processing for my store and click Save AI Order Processing.
2. Open AI Order Processor in the left menu. Click Dry Run (Preview) first to see what it would order without placing anything.
3. In Automation (overnight), tick Enable automated processing, choose the hours From and to (Eastern time) and click Save. It runs about every 30 minutes inside those hours. There is no day of the week setting.

It orders paid orders under 30 days old from the best in stock distributor. It skips hazmat items and orders held by fraud screening, firearm orders need the dealer's FFL on file, and an order that would lose money is set aside for you to review. Run Now (place orders) runs it once by hand.
