Pick what goes on eBay: the Catalog tab

Updated October 22, 2026 in GunBroker

The Catalog tab lists everything your store can sell on eBay right now: items in stock that eBay allows and that fit what you chose in Settings step 5. Each row shows a photo, Your cost, the eBay price, what eBay pays you after its fees, the quantity, and how it Ships.

  1. Narrow the list with Search, Item type, Brand, Supplier and Ships, then click Show. Sort puts best sellers first.
  2. Tick the items you want and click Activate, or click Activate on one row. Activated items move to Active Listings.
  3. To keep an item off eBay, tick it and click Exclude. The Excluded filter shows them, with Include again to bring them back.
  4. Click Review on any row to change how that one item lists before you activate it. See Change one eBay listing: condition, auction, Best Offer, photos and text.

The filters along the top split the catalog into Not listed, Suggested (picked by a listing rule or the starter set, waiting for you), Activated and Excluded.

Keeping it current

Click Refresh catalog to rebuild the list. With automatic sync on, it rebuilds every hour by itself. On a large catalog the prices say about: they come from your website price, and the exact eBay price is worked out when you open the item and when it goes to eBay.

The note at the top counts items that are held back. Items eBay does not allow are only counted, never listed, and so are items whose eBay price would not cover your cost. Click held back for a fix to see items that need a UPC or a photo before they can go up.

To keep one product off eBay for good, open it from Products, tick Disable eBay under Marketplace Settings and click Save Product. It leaves the catalog at the next refresh.

Note: Click

eBay categories

to see where each of your categories lists on eBay, and change one by typing the eBay category number.
