eBay sales in your Orders: the Sales tab
Each eBay sale comes into Orders as a normal order, marked eBay and already paid. Ship it from your store like any other order; the tracking goes back to eBay by itself, and eBay tells the buyer.
The Sales tab lists every eBay sale with what sold, the total, the order it became, its status, the ship by date and the tracking. The counts at the top are the sales and the amount sold in the last 30 days, To ship and Need attention. The filters show To ship, Shipped, Need attention and Cancelled. Click eBay order to open the sale on eBay.
With automatic sync on, new sales come in every 10 minutes. Click Import sales now to check right away. The line above the button shows the last check: how many new sales came in and how many tracking numbers went out.
Note: Only sales of items in your catalog come in. Anything else you sell on eBay stays in eBay's Seller Hub. eBay messages the buyer for you, and eBay collects the sales tax on these orders itself. Do not email an eBay buyer from your store.
