Fulfill a GunBroker order step by step

Updated October 19, 2026 in GunBroker

GunBroker sales come into your store every few minutes (about every 5). They appear on your Dashboard with the status New GunBroker Order and a red Gunbroker badge.

  1. Open the order. Check the payment and attach the buyer's FFL if it is a firearm.
  2. Source the items the same way as a website order: drop ship or ship to store.
  3. Mark it shipped when it ships with a customer tracking number. Tracking that arrives from the distributor, or an EasyPost label you buy on the order, does the same. GunBroker is then marked shipped with that tracking automatically. A tracking number is required for the Shipped status.

Tracking for the leg from the distributor to your store is never sent to GunBroker; only the shipment to the buyer or their FFL counts.

What 1 Click Complete does

1 Click Complete is off unless you switch it on (Settings, 1-Click Complete Button, Show the 1-Click Complete button on order pages, Save 1-Click Setting). It sets the order to Shipped and completed in one click, marks the GunBroker order complete, and sends the customer nothing and posts no tracking. Use it only when tracking has already gone out. It is blocked while a serial number still needs its FastBound disposition.

Feedback on GunBroker is not left automatically.
