How long until a new distributor's products appear

It is automatic once the distributor is connected and switched on. There is nothing to import.

1. Open Distributors and click Configure on the distributor.
2. Enter the logins in Credentials & Settings and click Save Settings.
3. Click Test connection. You should see "Connection successful".
4. Switch on Catalog updates (pull prices and quantities from this distributor). It can only be switched on after a successful test. Switch on Ordering too if you want orders sent to them.
5. Make sure the distributor shows as enabled on the Distributors list.

Timing

• Prices and stock for items already in your catalog update within about 10 to 40 minutes.
• Items that distributor carries that are new to your catalog are added overnight, early in the morning.
