How to get Amchar Wholesale credentials for Trinity

Amchar issues API or feed access through your rep. What to request, the drop ship question to ask, and where the connection key goes in Trinity.

Amchar Wholesale connects through an API and data feed that your rep turns on for your dealer account. Amchar does not have a self-serve portal step for this, so it starts with an email to your rep.

What to ask your Amchar rep

API and feed access for your dealer account, for your integrator Trinity by 2AData.
Your API connection key.
Whether your account is approved for drop shipping, if you plan to ship straight to customers.

Where it goes in Trinity

In your admin, open Shipping & FFL > Distributors.
Press Configure next to Amchar Wholesale. The AmChar Settings page opens.
Enter your Amchar API Connection Key. Fill in your rep's name and email, and a CC email if you want copies of order emails.
Press Save Settings, then Test connection.
When the test passes, turn on Catalog updates and Ordering.
