Which RSR password do you need?

Your RSR website login: the account number and the username and password you use to sign in at rsrgroup.com to place orders. The FTP password RSR sent for the inventory feed is a different one and will not work for orders.

If you have separate RSR accounts for drop ship and for ship to store, we need both: ship to store orders through RSR use the ship to store account's login. RSR also has to switch on API ordering for your account; we ask them to do that when you join.

RSR also sends you an automated email with an FTP login. That one loads RSR's inventory into your store, so please forward it to us as well.
