How to get Bill Hicks & Co. credentials for Trinity

With Bill Hicks & Co., there is no key to generate yourself. Their IT department adds your account to the drop ship setup, and the connection runs over FTP.

Who to contact and what to say

Email the Bill Hicks IT contact for drop ship setup. The direct contact is listed in the full Distributor Credentials Guide on 2AData.com and in the setup box at the top of your Bill Hicks settings page in Trinity.

• Say you are working with Trinity by 2AData and will be using its integration.
• Give them your Bill Hicks customer number. That is what they need to set you up.
• Copy support@2adata.com so we know it is under way, and copy your own Bill Hicks rep as well.

Where it goes in Trinity

1. In your admin, open Shipping & FFL > Distributors.
2. Press Configure next to Bill Hicks. The Bill Hicks Settings page opens.
3. Enter your Customer Number, your rep's email and a CC email for copies of orders.
4. Enter the FTP Host, FTP Port, FTP Username and FTP Password Bill Hicks gives you.
5. Press Save Settings, then Test FTP Connection.

Leave the folder path fields as they are unless Bill Hicks or 2AData tells you otherwise.
