How to get Crow Shooting Supply credentials for Trinity
Crow uses an SFTP account for its feeds plus a security code and dropship code for ordering. What to ask for and where each value goes.
Crow Shooting Supply uses two kinds of credentials: an SFTP account for the product and inventory feeds, and a security code plus a dropship code for placing orders.
What to ask your Crow rep
- To enable drop shipping on your account and issue API and SFTP access for Trinity by 2AData.
- Your FFL account number as Crow has it on file.
- The feed IDs for the products, attributes and inventory files.
Where it goes in Trinity
- In your admin, open Shipping & FFL > Distributors.
- Press Configure next to Crow Wholesale. The Crow Wholesale Settings page opens.
- Enter your Account Email, Security Code, Dropship Security Code and FFL Account Number, choose a Default Shipping Method, and press Save Settings.
- Enter the Products Feed ID, Attributes Feed ID and Inventory Feed ID, and your SFTP Username and SFTP Password, then press Save SFTP Settings.
- Press Test API Connection to check the ordering side.
A saved password is not shown again. Leave the field blank to keep it, or type a new one to replace it.
