Manage your eBay listings: change prices, end, relist
Active Listings shows every item you activated. The counts at the top are Live on eBay, Waiting to go up, Need attention and Ended; click one to see just those. The Runs as column says whether an item is a fixed price listing or an auction.
Send waiting items to eBay
With automatic sync on, waiting items go up within 30 minutes. To send them now, click Send all waiting items to eBay now, or tick items and click Send to eBay now.
Change a price
- Type the new price in the item's Price box. You can change several at once.
- Click Save prices.
A price is checked before it saves: it cannot go under MAP or under what covers your cost after eBay's fees, and the message says why if it does not save. A live listing updates on eBay right away when selling is on. An auction keeps its start price; change it on the item's review page.
End, relist or take back
- End listing takes the picked items off eBay. They move to Ended.
- In Ended, tick items and click Relist to put them back in line to go up.
- Back to catalog takes an item that is waiting or ended off Active Listings. A live listing stays live until you end it.
Small tags on an item show what you changed for it, such as Custom price or Best Offer on. Click Review to change more, or eBay to open the live listing. An item marked Waiting: needs a fix says what it needs; see Why is my eBay item waiting?
