How to get Hicks, Inc. credentials for Trinity

Hicks, Inc. connects to Trinity over an FTP connection. All you need from Hicks is an FTP username and password for your account.

What to ask Hicks for

Request your FTP credentials from Hicks, and mention that the connection is for Trinity by 2AData. The FTP username Hicks issues is a pound sign followed by six digits.

Where it goes in Trinity

1. In your admin, open Shipping & FFL > Distributors.
2. Press Configure next to Hicks Inc. The Hicks Inc Settings page opens.
3. Enter your Hicks customer number and press Save Settings.

On most stores the FTP login fields are not shown on this page; 2AData enters them for you. Send the FTP username and password the way described in Sending credentials to 2AData safely. Once they are in, press Test connection on the same page, and turn on Catalog updates when the test passes.
