How to get Kroll International credentials for Trinity

Kroll International uses two connections: an API for placing orders and SFTP for its catalog files. You need credentials for both.

What to ask your Kroll rep

• API access for your dealer account, for your integrator Trinity by 2AData.
• SFTP credentials for the catalog files.
• Your dealer account number, if you do not have it handy.

Where it goes in Trinity

1. In your admin, open Shipping & FFL > Distributors.
2. Press Configure next to Kroll International. The Kroll Settings page opens.
3. Enter your Kroll API UserId, Kroll API Password and Kroll Dealer Account Number.
4. Fill in the name and email Kroll should send order confirmations to, and choose a default ship method and whether orders may be partly filled.
5. Press Save Settings, then Test connection. When the test passes, turn on Ordering.
