How to get Chattanooga Shooting Supplies (CSSI) credentials for Trinity

Chattanooga Shooting Supplies (CSSI) uses an API SID and an API Token for electronic orders. You can usually generate both yourself.

How to get your API SID and Token

1. Sign in to your Chattanooga account.
2. Go to developers.chattanoogashooting.com/api and generate or retrieve your API SID and API Token.
3. If the API section is not available to you yet, ask your Chattanooga sales rep to approve your account for API access first, then try again.

Where it goes in Trinity

1. In your admin, open Shipping & FFL > Distributors.
2. Press Configure next to Chattanooga Shooting Supplies. The Chattanooga (CSSI) Settings page opens.
3. Enter your Dealer Account Number, API SID (Account Identifier) and API Token. Choose a Default Shipping Method if you have a preference.
4. Press Save Settings, then Test API Connection.

Good to know
